The Nigeria High Commission, Canberra, has updated the supporting document requirements for Temporary Work Permit (TWP) visa applications. Applicants are advised to review the revised checklist carefully before submitting a new application.
The changes are intended to align documentation requirements with current immigration guidelines and to reduce delays caused by incomplete applications.
Key updates include:
- Additional evidence of the sponsoring employer's registration status
- Updated formatting requirements for the letter of invitation
- Clarified requirements around proof of accommodation during the visit
Applicants who have already submitted an application under the previous requirements do not need to resubmit; the updated checklist applies to new applications received from the date of this notice.
