Required documents
All of the following are required to support a Police Check / Character Certificate application.
A complete and certified set of finger prints from any local Police office after making a request
A copy of the first 3 pages of International Passport, which shows full name, place and date of birth, nationality, passport number, date and place of issue
Exact address(s) and dates of residence in Nigeria
Copy of the page of passport showing Nigerian Visa (if a non-citizen)
Full application and required documents to be forward in person or through any family member or friend to the office of:
