Requirements
Required documents
All of the following are required to support a STR Visa application.
1Application & identity — 4 documents
Original passport, signed and with at least six months remaining validity
Three visa application forms filled completely×3
Visa Payment Slip (obtained after the online application (portal.immigration.gov.ng) is complete)×3
Three recent photograph (no laser copies), passport size×3
2Financial & travel proof — 2 documents
Bank account statement for the last 6 months×3
Proof of travel: photocopy of round trip air ticket or travel itinerary
3Sponsor, employer & company documentation — 4 documents
A letter of invitation from a host (with full address) accepting ‘immigration responsibility’×3
Copy of Company Registration (Certificate of Incorporation) of the Company you are visiting.×3
Letter of employment×3
Letter of acceptance×3
4Approvals, credentials & CV — 3 documents
Three (3) certified copies of expatriate quota approval from Nigeria or approval from Nigeria for STR (Ministry of Internal Affairs).×3
Certified copies of all credentials and certificates×3

5Health & return documentation — 2 documents
Copy of International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (Yellow Health Card)
