Medical certificate stating that you are alive/ in good health
Pension number
Where you work/ed (place of employment)
Photocopy of data page of passport
Data form/tell-us-about-you
Copy of Passport
Book an appointment
Once you have your documents ready, book an appointment with the High Commission online.
